	HOW TO JOIN

		Complete the form on the left and click the "Join now" button or download, complete and mail this to DPA mailbox 98.
		You may either pay the subs dues by cheque or via online transfer.
		Write a cheque payable to the 'Dragonair Pilots Association' and mail your cheque to DPA mailbox 98.
		Please ensure cheque is dated and signed. When writing the cheque, write your KA staff id on the back of the cheque.
		When transfer online, please email advise the General Secretary with the date and amount of the transfer for reconciliation purposes.

	SUBS DUE

		One off joining fee is HKD100 or GBP7. As of Nov 2007, the joining fee for KA pilots who have not joined within six months of being checked to line, or who have left the DPA and wish to rejoin to claim membership benefits, is increased from HKD100/GBP7 to 1% of annual basic salary.
		Annual subscription is 1% of your annual basic salary, payable in two equal installments in January and July.
		The first Subs dues will be prorated to the number of months you join DPA in any half year. If you wish to join for example in March, you have to pay 4/6 (Mar/Apr/May/Jun) of the six monthly premium.
